The OUTsideIN CinchedUP toiletry bag is a fabric bucket shaped bag that is lined with lightweight plastic that prevents spills and leaks from making a mess on other luggage items.  Inside the bag there are elastic loops that keep bottles upright and secure.  The top of the bag can be cinched to close by pulling on the cords on each side of the bag.
