The Original S.O.E. Gear Medical Backpack will carry all the lifesaving essentials you will need. It is made of genuine 1,000 Denier Cordura nylon inside and out. The inside front and back walls are covered in loop velcro for attaching a myriad of accessories, or the six (6) velcro backed Mesh Pockets (4 small, 2 large) that we include with the backpack.

The shoulder straps are stowable for an even more low-profile pack. The pack will open completely, like a clam shell, similar to our IFAK pouches.
